Keenan Anderson
Keenan graduated from Notre Dame University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy plus Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. Since then Keenan has immersed himself within the clinical and sporting field.
Within the sporting realm Keenan has experience across a wide variety of physical conditions and injuries. Keenan has worked as the:
- Current Physiotherapist for Perth Glory
- Head Physiotherapist for the Peel Thunder Men’s program in the WAFL
- Senior Physiotherapist for Basketball WA
- Head Physiotherapist for Fremantle District Cricket Club
Keenan has a particular interest in sporting injuries, particularly those surrounding football, cricket and basketball.
Outside of sport Keenan has particular interest and experience managing lower limb injuries (particularly post operative), bone/tendon injuries and shoulder pain although has experience in treating a range of injuries and conditions.
Keenan believes that every patient is unique and finding the perfect individualised balance between hands on therapy and exercise based rehabilitation is vital for success. Keenan is experienced in dry-needling (acupuncture).
Outside of work Keenan is either spending his time focusing on his Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy, outdoors with his family and dog, enjoying social life with friends or shooting around the basketball (poorly) at the local park.
