Natasha Pradeep
With a strong foundation in sports and a passion for injury rehab and performance, Natasha brings both personal experience and professional insight to physiotherapy. Having played netball, touch rugby and rugby union, and experienced an ACL injury herself, she understands the challenges athletes face throughout recovery and return to sport.
Natasha has over 8 years’ experience as a sports trainer and physio working with rugby union, WAFL, and touch rugby teams in Singapore and Perth. She went on to become the Head Physiotherapist at Palmyra Rugby Union Club, supporting the team through a grand final win in 2023.
Clinically, Natasha has a strong interest in the management of knee and shoulder injuries, as well as concussions and neck pain—areas she frequently saw in field sport athletes. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys refereeing touch rugby, going for runs and hikes, and cooking up something new in the kitchen.
Natasha is passionate about helping people move better, recover stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
