Having 16 years’ full time experience with professional sporting teams we are more than equipped to deal with all sporting injuries that come through our doors. We use the same assessment tools on you to diagnose your problem as we would with an elite athlete.
We look through any major weaknesses in your mechanical strength chain as well as the small biomechanical problems and movement patterns that are often not picked up by others.
We then have the experience to give you an accurate timeline in days as to how quickly we can get you back on the field, track, court or water.

Exercise prescription
To get you back stronger and faster than before we will utilise evidence based programs that we have developed for each injury and individualise them to the client. We give video exercises to you on your phone so that you will always remember what we taught you.
Ongoing Injury Prevention from re-injury
Once you are back it is most important that you don’t re-injure yourself. We ensure you are stronger than you were before you had the injury and give you tools to keep strong and prevent a re-injury. Contact us to find out how we can help.
